Lucky to get him back.
Most successful return, given that Dicks, McAvennie and Hutchison were much better in their first spells?

And Joe Cole's second spell was worthy of being forgotten. Didn't quite manage it...

He gives everything he has and has a decent intelligence that hides his lack of pace, he is also a bald Ginger who loves West ham, what else could you want from a 34 year old player.
LEGEND !

I really like Collins as a player. A solid defender. Seems like a decent bloke too.

Love the geezer..and he loves us.
When you think how long he's been with us from his first spell as a young man alongside Gabbidon.
Will go down as a WHU legend imo. .it's not always about talent alone..

I'll hold my hands up, I've slated him many times on here over the years but as far as I'm concerned he's WHU through and through, he's still limited as a defender as he still does the same things he's always done but he gives 100% so you can't ask for more. Plus in interviews he's spoken highly of us and intelligently.

Played his early Cardiff games as a centre forward, so we can sell Ayew, Carroll and Hernandez...

Not the most skilful but would put himself between an Exocet missile if it was heading towards the goal. I have genuine man love for the fellow.

An honest pro. Would like to see the youngsters (Rice, Oxford) get a chance to play alongside him before he goes. Part of me hopes he gets another year.

I think he will get another year as I read last week that we told Cardiff they couldn't have him when they enquired about taking him off our hands.

Love Ginge. Love all the worthy comments he has on here and well deserved. One of our most loyal over the last 20 years and should get another season out of him at this rate.

I think from the way Moyes has selected that he has, as he always does, forced himself back to being one of Moyes two first choices. Difficult to be certain because of injuries / squad rotation / 2/3 CB policy.

It’d be nice to see him get Hammer of the Year, he probably has been one of the better players whenever he’s come in.

Old fashioned, brave, great in the air and never hides. Got to add a high five to Ogbonna as well. He has played so much better since the change of manager.
